The Fitzroy Academy has a uniform (detailed below). However, we also recognise that for some students, sensory input from different fabrics and materials can be overwhelming. Therefore we do not insist on uniform being worn, as long as students are wearing appropriate clothing.

PE Kit:

White round neck T-Shirt

Black tracksuit bottoms

Sports trainers with non-marking soles

 

Winter Clothing 

Please provide students with coats and hats during colder weather. 

Students will need wellington boots for certain activities, e.g. Walking/Geo-caching.  Parents/Carers will be informed when this is required.

 

Wet Weather Clothing

Please provide students with a rain jacket when the weather is wet. If they are taking part in an outdoor activity in the wet weather they may need a rain jacket as well as trousers.

 

Notes 

- All school uniform must be named 

-  Sun hats, woollen hats for outdoor learning, hats required for other sports or activities may be worn in the appropriate circumstances. Otherwise hats are not allowed on the School site.

- Jewellery is not permitted 

- Uniform can be found at most school uniform retailers or supermarkets.
